On March 31, Canada reported 1 outbreak of H5N1 HPAI in wild birds in Ontario, resulting in 1 wild bird infected and died.

3. Canada reported 2 H5N5 HPAI outbreaks in wild birds

On March 31, Canada reported 2 outbreaks of H5N5 HPAI in wild birds in Nova Scotia and one other location, resulting in 6 wild birds infected and died.

On March 31, Czech Republic reported 1 outbreak of H5N1 HPAI in wild birds in Prague, resulting in 6 backyard poultry infected and died, and 34 culled.

On March 30, Romania reported 30 outbreaks in wild boar and 13 in domestic pigs of African swine fever (ASF) in S?laj County and 5 other locations, resulting in 59 wild boar infected and died, and among domestic pigs, 174 infected, 67 deaths, and 99 culled.

2. Hungary reported 31 ASF outbreaks in wild boar

On March 30 and 31, Hungary reported 31 outbreaks of ASF in wild boar in Pest County, Komárom-Esztergom County, and Budapest, resulting in 31 wild boar infected and died.

3. Lithuania reported 56 ASF outbreaks in wild boar

On March 30, Lithuania reported 56 outbreaks of ASF in wild boar in Alytus County and 2 other locations, resulting in 93 wild boar infected and died.

4. Latvia reported 9 ASF outbreaks in wild boar
